WORK EXPERIENCE

April 2023 - Present

Marketing Specialist at Barona

Responsible for B2C communications for job applicants and employees. For applicants, main responsibilities include enhancing the brand experience and engagement, activating the applicant pool, designing and implementing marketing communication automation, and creating content for digital applicant platform. For employees, main responsibilities include engaging employees through marketing automation, developing the content structure of the employee platform, creating content and announcements, and coordinating projects and content production, for instance, the digital on-boarding of new employees.

January 2022 - June 2022

Communication Coordinator at Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University

Responsible for external communication at International Relations Office. Main duties include creating and following a communication strategy, writing and publishing news on the office's website, Instagram, and Twitter, editing photos and videos, participating in meetings with partners from foreign institutions, and communicating and providing assistance for local exchange students.

International Affairs Coordinator at Student association Parku ry

Informing student association members about internationalization possibilities in the University of Jyväskylä, attending the meetings of the subcommittee for international affairs, and organizing events for the association's members.

Communication Trainee
at Finnish Air Force

Creating and designing an instruction material for Air Force representatives on interpersonal communication and communication competence in public events. Analyzing communication competence of Air Force cadets, creating social media posts and writing articles on Air Force Academy's Facebook and website, and directing the work of media conscripts.

Communication Consultant at Metsä Group

Creating training material for leaders in Metsä Group in order to provide insights into communication in the workplace among leaders and newcomers. The project was a part of my master's studies in communication and I worked as part of a project team.
